1. Foil
Air Bearing Technology
Hydrodynamic
foil type air bearing,
which floats itself
by lifting force
induced by pressure
gradient around
the rotating shaft,
doesn't require
any mechanical lubrication.
This fact makes
various complicated
components unnecessary
such as oil bearing,
seal, oil filter,
cooler, etc., us ed
for the existing
high speed turbomachine.
So the blowing system
becomes simple,
and the oil-free
air can be supplied
in true meaning.
Furthermore, system
without mechanical
lubrication promotes
system efficiency
about 3 %.

High Speed BLDC
Motor & Motor
Drive (Inverter)
Technology
A
motor of BLDC(Brushless
Direct Current)
type with large
capacity, and without
any physical contact
between rotor and
stator, offers high
efficiency of 95%.

For
this reason, the
motor has low noise
- no vibration characteristics,
and very long life
span. The permanent
magnets especially
designed for the
stability at high
temperature make
cooling load minimize.

Precise Casting
Technology
Impeller
is made of SUS 630
by precision die-casting
with lost-wax method,
and its blade shape
is determined by
three dimensional
optimal design technique
for the highest
efficiency.
Also,
shrink fitting is
used for the connection
with the rotor of
motor.
